This is differant to use to Roxio 5, if you are running 5 dont bother to update, 5 is also more user friendly. I am not happy with this product for one thing it is slow to use, if only this product was as good as it says.;

I've only one complaint .... it doesn't all work.
The bits that do work are great. It's easy to use and does most things, from Photo editing to building movies and creating DVDs. However, I bought it for the movie editing and it just doesn't work well. On rendering the videos I loose synchronisation between sound and pictures. I've looked on the Roxio support forum and it's a common complaint by loads of people. It lacks some of the audio features you get in some other packages (e.g. multiple mixing of sound tracks.Lots of other small problems mean that, for the video editing and DVD building, I would say use another package like Pinnacle Studio 9.;

Got package spent ages installing it then crashed computer on restart. Had to pull mains lead to reset and then load windows into last known safe mode. Then get loads of errors messages when starting asking to re-install xyz. tried re-installing un-install etc. no joy. In end did custom install and didn't install problem components. Now works without crashing or any problems, just don't have all the program. Bits which work, work fine not slow and never crashed system. But got 1.25 Gb memery for video editing.;
