I bought this microwave to replace my old trusty Sharp Carousel that died after 20+ years of service. This new microwave does not appear to be built to the same quality as my old one...but nonetheless works very well.
1200 watts of power (900 with my old one) cooks incredibly fast. The new Sensor cooking is quite impressive... just throw some leftovers in the microwave, hit sensor cook, and the microwave does the rest..no guessing how much time is required. All in all, I am happy with this product.. I don't think it will last 20 years like my old Sharp did though.....lol ;

Very unhappy with this product. Received it around the first week in November, 2006. By Christmas Eve, it had completely stopped working. Now I have to drive 80 miles (in my truck) to have it repaired (hopefully) at the nearest service center. This will entail taking off from work, spending money on gas (dropping it off and picking it up), and hoping they fix it. The other option is to ship it to the service center for about $30 to $60 (round trip). Sharp will fix it as it only worked for about 7 weeks, but I am responsible for transporting it. I just bought another microwave from Sears. ;
